It works good on my street car and I only put the hoses on so that it would not blow any oil out on the valve covers when racing but it never has any oil drip from the hoses. Connect to the manifold vacuum source, like original, but add a check valve if you are boosted. The evac system wont work good anyway when you run a full exh system like I do. Also the check valves come apart. Magnaflow, bullets, Ultra Flows should be ok I guess.

The best I can say is just be aware that with a street car and a full exh system the evac system with the check valves in the collectors may not be your friend and may cause more hassle then its worth. I tried it with flow master 40's,it didn't work,it was pressuring the crankcase at wot,causing gaskets to push out. Good luck, Steve. From what i was told years ago "you should not run it with mufflers" i believe it does not increase ring seal the way it should. If your friends have got away with it they must run a very free flowing exh and thats good if it works for them.
If do go with the system strap the cap on. I was running dominator on my BBC altered. if u follow instructions with the kit theres no issues however u must have a good exhaust system ,, i use it because its cheap horsepower!!! I switched to screw in breathers, then started blowing valve cover gacket. At around 3000 rpm, the system is pulling around 5" of vacuum.

And as I said I just put the hoses on the vent the crankcase fumes down low as I was afraid when racing the breathers might get oil on my valve covers but I have seen no oil in the hoses I put on and its had no eng oil leaks.
